Jeff Kostoff

Jeffrey James Kostoff (born August 19, 1965) 〔"Kostoff, Miss Richardson Win 3d Events", The New York Times. June 28, 1983. Section A, p. 24.〕 is an American former competition swimmer who represented the United States at two consecutive Summer Olympics. At the 1984 Summer Olympics in Los Angeles, he finished in sixth place in the final of the men's 400-meter individual medley. Four years later at the 1988 Summer Olympics in Seoul, South Korea, he advanced to the B Final of the 400-meter individual medley and finished ninth overall.
